Rentable E-commerce System: v5.57.1

The latest version of Sellvio, v5.57.1, includes improvements affecting invoicing and price management processes. As part of the update, a new configuration option has been introduced in the Minimax integration, and the handling of Topcode price lists has also been expanded, allowing the system to manage various operational needs even more accurately and flexibly.

Minimax document numbering

In the new version, the Minimax integration has been expanded with the option to configure document numbering, which determines the invoice prefix. The available values come directly from the Minimax system together with the orders, and they can also be modified individually for each order. This enhancement provides a more flexible invoicing process and makes it easier to manage different document numbering schemes during day-to-day administration.

 

Topcode price list handling

A new setting related to the Topcode integration has been introduced in price list management. From now on, it is possible to define in the system whether incoming prices should be treated as net or gross values, and Sellvio will calculate the displayed prices accordingly.

This enhancement enables more flexible price management, as Sellvio can now adapt even better to different business configuration needs. Thanks to this setting, the system can accurately determine whether VAT needs to be applied to prices, thereby ensuring the correct calculation and display of prices in the webshop.
